Any parent of a small child can tell you that dinner is always an adventure. We are very lucky, both kids do eat most things we give them. There are always somethings that we will fight over. Our biggest issue lately is that John would rather drink then eat. Tonight all he wanted to do was drink. I said to John that he needed to eat four more bites. John looked at me and said “one.” I replied back with four. He said “two.” Once again I said four. He responds “five!” I immediately say deal. Daddy tried and said “John are you sure you want to eat five?” John says “yes. And I’ll count backwards.”
