Last week John’s class was learning the letter P. Yesterday he brought home some of his art projects from last week. He was so excited to show me his pigs. One is made out of paper plates. He made a big point of telling me, “It’s all pink. See I didn’t leave any white!” The other pig was made out of a toilet paper roll. He told me, “It’s a puppet. See I can put my fingers in the bottom. And it’s a puppet! And look, he has a tail.”
