Last week John had a special program at school where he learned about the golden rain tree. He asked me “Do you know about the golf rain tree?” I told him no. He said “Well they are amazing!” He then proceeded to tell me everything that he learned. “Did you know that we have 10 of them at our school? And do you know why they are called golden rain? That’s because they have flowers that are yellow and they look like rain. And you know what? They aren’t even supposed to be here. They are from China. I wish I could go to China. You know why? So that I could see more golden rain trees!”
