Gillian got “Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls” for Christmas this year.

It has 100 short stories of amazing women throughout history. I read Gillian one or two stories every night.

Tonight we read about Coco Chanel. Gillian was so excited. Gillian is an aspiring fashion designer and was excited to hear how Coco got her start.

After we read Coco’s story, we went online to look at some of Coco’s designs. Gillian was so inspired. She asked “If we go to a store and they have Chanel. Can we look at it? I want to see it up close!”
